Efe Gecen(picture of him) took great care of our big family during our trip to Turkey, and we’re very grateful. The staff were all pleasant and spoke enough English to help us. There are shops and restaurants close by, which was really convenient, and the hotel has a nice Starbucks cafe too. Breakfast was decent, and the views across the road were wonderful. A really excellent hotel.

Omar and Nusret deserve a special thank you. They were kind, helpful, and professional, and made our stay feel special. The whole team was great, from breakfast and room service to the lobby. Everything felt clean and fresh, and it was clear the staff cared about guests. The hotel itself was beautiful, well organized, and clean. We had an amazing experience and can’t wait to return. Concierge Efe was excellent. He answered all our questions and arranged tours around our schedule and the sights we most wanted to see. The hotel is also well placed for nearby sites and cafes. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d love to return and stay at the Ramada Wyndham Golden Horn again.

Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with good food and a nice atmosphere. Ms. YAGMUR was such a warm, attentive waitress, quick to help and always smiling. Mr. Omer was a real highlight of our stay at Ramada Golden Horn. He took care with our luggage, responded promptly to requests, helped store our bags, and suggested local places to visit. Throughout my 5-day stay he was attentive, from check-in through check-out, and his warm smile and professionalism made a great first impression. His hospitality made the visit unforgettable.
