Delbab Hotel

RUN PEOPLE RUN! They have bed bugs. After a couple of days, I saw red marks all over my body and found out they were from bed bugs. I asked the receptionist, Sulaiman, to move me to another room, but he said they were fully booked, which they weren't. He also refused to refund the unused days. They wouldn't let me bring anyone in, even though I'd paid for the room. They don't speak English, so I had to communicate through Google Translate. Would not recommend to anyone!

They gave me a room different from the one I'd booked, and communication was difficult because they don't speak English well, so we had to use a translator. The bathroom smelled really bad, and I could hear every word the neighbours said. They stayed up until 5 am, then another couple started fighting at 6. When I asked to check out early, they refused to return my money. I left this bad hotel without getting anything back. Worst experience ever.

After a hard flight from Germany, I just wanted a comfortable room to rest in and sleep off the jet lag. Instead, the room made me want to leave immediately, and I threw up my breakfast after seeing it. The bed was covered in strange hairs and burn marks. The toilet smelled obscene, the towels were dirty, and the staff's laughter only added to the misery. The air conditioner smelled like the sleeping place of 100 bums. The receptionist seemed friendly at first, but was apparently fraudulent. Please stay as far away from this "hotel" as possible.

The room had a very bad smell, and the blankets were dirty. They don't clean the rooms, and there's no elevator. The people around the place looked creepy, so I didn't feel safe. Very poor service.
