Mustafa, the concierge, was friendly and gave very good service. It was my first time in Instabull. The food was good quality, and the location was good too, with lots of shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. My room was spacious, very clean, and had a great view. Well done, guys, keep going! 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I checked in on 16/03/25 and checked out 17/03/25. This was the worst hotel. The service was crap, the breakfast was useless, and there was nothing for pescatarians or vegetarians. They just want to con you. International plus provided the hotel, and I had to pay 75 euors. An absolute con, not worth 10 euros. It felt like going into a bomb shelter, the pictures are very old, and it's very dirty. If you want comfort and to enjoy your stay, I'd avoid this hotel.

The rooms were cleaned every day, and the location was great for the dental clinic I was visiting. The staff were amazing and always ready to help, especially Ahmed, who made me takeaway coffee for my transfer, Hasan asb, and the lovely huda, whose English is amazing. I travelled alone and went to the restaurant on the 6th floor a few nights. The staff there were very cheerful and friendly too.

The hotel was clean and I had no problems at all. Everyone on staff was kind and ready to help with whatever I needed. There are lots of shops, mini markets, and places to eat nearby. I'd come back. Thank you, Midmar Hotel.
