The stay was really uncomfortable. The shower water stayed cold, even after I called the desk several times, and nobody was helpful. The AC was broken, and although they said the room was heated by a radiator, that didn’t work either. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It’s a nice hotel otherwise, but the rooms don’t have AC. I had the worst night because my room was so hot. There was a window, but buildings all around meant there was no airflow. Avoid a room facing the back. Apart from that, it’s a good hotel.

Clean rooms, professional staff, and reasonable prices make this a good place to stay in Istanbul, whether you’re in the area for business or just visiting.

We came across this hotel by chance and needed somewhere for a short stay. I’d still make it my first choice next time. I parked in the area in front of the hotel and had no trouble finding a spot. The hotel was generally clean, with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Being a club hotel also gave us a sense of security. But after 11:50 PM, the person in the next room was video chatting loudly, as if they were right beside me. The soundproofing is very weak, and I could hear everything. I spent the night awake. Honestly, I might have slept better in the car.
