Loss Hotel

Our room was a decent size, definitely not small. It’s a 15 to 18 minute walk from the mall. The toilet wasn’t as clean as I expected, and the bed had some burn marks. It wasn’t noisy in our room, though I think other rooms might have some noise. The bed was also tilted instead of flat, so we weren’t comfortable.

We paid for a Turkish bath and massage, but it was a waste of time and money. The women didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They cornered my daughter and insisted on getting money from her. There was no professionalism, and the girls felt scared and worried through the whole thing. The bath lasted under 30 minutes. Please don’t go to this hotel, they scam you.

There’s no safety box in the rooms, so keep that in mind. I’d booked two weeks ahead, but when I arrived at 14:00, the rude, impolite receptionist kept me in the lobby for an hour while they cleaned a suitable room. It turned out to be on floor -1, and it was noisy, smoky, and unclean. Don’t waste your money or time here.

After staying here three times, I booked a double room through Agoda, but reception gave me just one single bed for two people. When I asked why, they said I’d have to pay extra for a better room. That’s not normal for a hotel 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
