Fazal at reception really made a difference. He was patient and informative, helped us with directions, prices, and recommendations, and his sense of humor made the stay more enjoyable. We felt welcome and well looked after, and appreciate all his support. The hotel is in a lovely spot near many attractions, though getting to Çemberlitaş station means a long uphill walk that could be tiring for some guests.

I was on the ground floor, and the room was clean and had everything I needed. The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear the cleaning staff first thing in the morning, though it wasn't a big deal for me. The hotel is great value for the location, and I met some of the friendliest staff I've come across on my trips to Istanbul. Their transportation service is also worth using to and from the hotel. The prices are the best value, and the staff seemed sincere in helping guests avoid getting scammed. Thanks again to the friendly team.

Mr. Mansoor was a wonderful host, polite, responsive, and full of good recommendations. The staff checked regularly about room cleaning and offered us tea and coffee, and they genuinely seemed to care about guests' comfort. Reception was available 24/7, and the room was cleaned daily. We stayed with family and had a really nice time. Many thanks to the whole team.

Fazal was especially helpful, patiently guiding us around and giving detailed directions for getting to the areas, attractions, and shops he recommended. His effort made exploring much easier, and he was impeccable with us. The hotel felt warm and welcoming, and our room was cleaned carefully every day. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warm attitude stood out. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return to this specific hotel next time. Thank you so much, Fazal!

Our room was comfortable and clean, and the area was quiet. We stayed at Reyyan Hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. Lots of attractions are within walking distance. A big thank-you to receptionist Fazal, who was so kind and helpful. We loved him and would definitely stay here again.
