The place is nice, the service is good, and the staff are cooperative. Getting around was the part I didn't like. It's on a narrow, very steep street, so you have to walk uphill to the main road to find a cab or get anywhere. It's even harder if you're carrying hand luggage or something else.

The best place in Taksim.

The water was cut off, which ruined our whole day. We were also given a room where the toilet wouldn't flush, and there was a strong smell as soon as we walked in, probably from the drain. They used to be more organized, but their approach to service has completely changed. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were responsive whenever we needed them. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette, though only one room had air conditioning. The apartment is behind the Cartoon Hotel. Getting to the square means tackling a very tiring steep incline, and taxis refused to take us there.

I definitely wouldn't recommend these apartments. They aren't rented by normal people.
