Comfort Inn Suite

The staff were great, though the rooms could be cleaner. The location was just okay.

I left a day early and gave up the money I’d paid. I was that unhappy with the stay, and felt embarrassed when a friend visiting me asked how I could put up with such a low class place. After ten years of work related travel and stays in hotels at home and abroad, I rarely write reviews, but this one felt necessary. I stayed here a month ago, and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I never felt safe. The room was filthy and smelled strongly of cigarettes, including the sheets and pillowcases. There were cigarette burns on both the bed frame and the sheets, and the pillows were so hard they left my neck stiff. People smoked heavily in every room. At 2, 3, 4, or 5 in the morning, staff kept going in and out of rooms, shouting, slamming doors and making a lot of noise without any consideration. I wondered if two or three people were cleaning at those hours. The room lock was broken, which may have been part of the noise problem. I woke up frightened in a hotel room at night for the first time in my life. There were also loud shouts from upstairs and neighboring rooms every night, along with Turkish folk and fantasy music. It sounded as if a few people were having parties, with very loud arabesque music and shouting. For the first time, I felt like I was in a brothel. I paid for this and felt utterly ashamed of myself.

My first experience with suite hotels was at Bostancı Suites. The branches of Suites Hotel have a clean, comfortable, family feel, and I was pleased with both the prices and the friendly service. I’d recommend them to everyone. At Comforttinn Suites, I especially liked meeting the manager, Resul, who was very friendly and helpful in every way. If you want comfort, I recommend Comforttinn Suites. Wishing Suites Hotel continued success and plenty of business.
