They left us waiting for hours, then stopped responding.

Getting to the apartment was confusing: the listed address only had an office, while the apartment was about 500 metres away. Check-in ran late because of cleaning, but the bathroom was still moldy and the kitchen counter sticky. I hope that was disinfectant. Doors and windows wouldn’t shut, and electrical wires hung in a dangerously tangled mess in the bathroom. The kitchen cupboard was falling apart, there were hardly any dishes, and the hairdryer didn’t work. The kitchen had a microwave, kettle, electric double stove, and a few plates, cutlery, and glasses. The beds were comfortable and it was close to the city’s attractions. That’s about all I can praise. You’d need strong nerves to stay here.

Don’t go there. They’d forgotten our reservation and tried to put us in a disgusting ground-floor room that smelled musty.
