The part I’ll remember most is how relaxed and refreshed my skin felt afterward: hydrated, revitalized, and glowing. Hatice made the treatment feel like a real chance to unwind, not just skincare. She paid close attention to what my skin needed and adjusted everything with care. Her movements were gentle and controlled, and her skill and enthusiasm really came through. The hotel setting was calm and elegant from the moment I arrived. I’d absolutely recommend the experience, especially with Hatice.

The reception team were warm and welcoming, and they often gave us extra bottles of water, especially on the day we left. We spent two weeks at the hotel on Erasmus. It was generally quiet, but the fire alarm went off on several nights, sometimes more than once in a row. Communication could also be hard since not all the staff spoke English, even when we just wanted to order lunch or dinner. Still, I enjoyed my stay and would come back, hoping those issues get more attention.

For the price, this is a great place to stay on Istanbul’s Asian side. Educity Hotels & Spa has really new, roomy rooms, daily room service, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great too. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had a smooth visit from check-in through check-out, and the staff made us feel welcome and were professional and helpful. I stayed at Educity Suite & Hotels Ataşehir with my husband and our 3-month-old baby. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well looked after, which made it a comfortable family stay. We’d happily return and recommend it, particularly to families with little ones.
