The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the reception team were friendly and professional. Great service and hospitality. Excellent hotel.

Noise went on all night, the place wasn’t clean, and every employee was disrespectful. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

We felt at home here, thanks to the staff and officials. Clean rooms and friendly people are what I care about most in a hotel, and I want to thank everyone for that.

Everything we needed was close by, and the metrobus stop was very near. Being by the university made it feel safe. The room was clean except for a coffee stain on the duvet. In room 104, the window handle was broken, and the soap dispenser had come off. The shower was clean and small, but fine. Staff were helpful from the moment we arrived and tried to do what we asked. The price for what you get is really good. If they fix those issues, I’ll definitely come back regularly.
