Oguzhan was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with whatever we needed. His kindness and professionalism added a personal touch and made a real difference. We also appreciated how the entire staff went above and beyond to help, with everyone friendly, professional, and willing to assist. From arrival through departure, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel is elegant, beautiful, spotless, and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every moment. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team. At Elite World Istanbul Florya, we had a pleasant stay in a clean, elegant, well-organized hotel with kind and professional staff. Our first room felt a little noisy because of the highway, so we asked to move. Özkan Yılmaz, the Guest Relations Manager, helped right away, and we were changed to another room in a short time. Sultan made us feel welcome and cared for from the moment we met her. She was warm and professional, and her attention to the little details made a real difference to our stay. The room could have had more water. A few times there wasn’t enough, which was disappointing, especially since we’d left a good tip. The staff were polite and friendly, though. Doguan explained the hotel in detail and was incredibly helpful, and Can and Oguz were both kind and lovely to deal with.

I felt comfortable and looked after the whole time. Dogukan and Can were so kind, professional, and ready to help whenever I needed anything. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and well organized. I had a wonderful time there and would absolutely recommend it. 🥰
