Breakfast was superb and served every day from 7 to 10 am. The reception setup is enough to draw you in, and the hotel is near the tram, university campus, Masjidi, and plenty of places to eat. The staff are friendly and understanding even with communication challenges. I'd recommend staying here for a pleasure trip, business, or a family vacation in Istanbul.

We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Everyone on staff was so friendly and welcoming, and always ready to help with whatever we needed. Thanks for the hospitality!

The location is excellent, but the hotel isn't clean. My room had cockroaches, it was way too noisy to sleep, and the rooms don't look like the pictures.

The shower is so cramped I can't turn around properly, and the hose doesn't work right. The fridge wasn't cold enough either, and there were only two waters in it, no bottles or cups. You can do better.
