We've booked here twice, once two years ago and again now. I like how close it is to buses, the train, shops, restaurants, and everything else. The rooms are OK and the service is excellent. The people at the first-floor office are very nice and can communicate in English, and breakfast is good too. It's in a nice boutique area surrounded by beautiful ladies' evening-wear shops. You can look, but can't buy, since they're wholesalers. All in all, it's budget-friendly, convenient, and offers excellent service.

The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice hotel, I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. 10/10 overall.

Reception staff were helpful and nice, but the cleaning staff seem to have no idea they're working in a hotel. From 8 am, they're banging doors, mopping and banging things around, shaking bags, and yelling on the phone in the hallway. I don't know why they can't start later.

The staff were genuinely great, polite and helpful, and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel was reasonably clean and its location was excellent, which is why we chose it. But the view wasn't nice and the atmosphere wasn't relaxing or enjoyable, so it seems better suited to a business stay than a holiday. Breakfast was very basic, below average.

Privacy was the best part for me: reception is only on the first floor, so you hardly have to interact with anyone when coming or going. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and about three minutes from the metro. It's a little old and the room is small, but for the price it was great value. I stayed three nights and would come again.
