We checked out the very next day because we simply couldn’t stay, and had to pay extra to move to another hotel. This was the worst, most disgusting and smelly hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ve travelled a lot and stayed in hostels and budget places all over the world, but nowhere has been as bad as this. The advertising photos didn’t represent reality at all. I’ll be including pictures of what our room actually looked like. We booked through TUI, a company we’ve trusted for many years and used for over 50 holidays in the last 20 years. I’m appalled that a reputable British travel company sells this hotel. It’s unacceptable, misleading, deeply disappointing, and shouldn’t be anywhere near TUI’s portfolio. If I could give it zero, I would.

The towels were just as dirty as the bedding. I asked for them to be changed and was told to wait until the next day. The bathroom and shower seemed full of infection, and the hotel clearly wasn’t being cleaned. The sheets didn’t look changed, and I found hair on them. They were yellowish too. Avoid this hotel. I don’t recommend it, and it’s not worth risking your health just to save a few euros.

We planned to stay one night and ended up staying longer. It’s a budget friendly hotel that went beyond what I expected, with spotless accommodation and a spacious, fresh bathroom. The receptionist speaks very good English. Breakfast is basic, but there are scrambled eggs and different kinds of cheese, plus fresh tea and good coffee from the machine.

Getting around was easy because the metro and Marmaray stations were within walking distance, and the central location near Aksaray in Fatih made it convenient to reach every part of the city. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast had a nice amount of variety. I had a great stay at this family friendly hotel and would definitely choose it again.

The manager did a lot for us, bought us coffee, called a taxi to where we were going, and gave us directions. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful, with 30-40 different foods to choose from. A young group, a famous team, was playing table tennis. It was a really fun, high quality place, like a 5-star hotel. Thank you for everything.
