Felicity Istanbul Hotel

The Felicity Hotel is poor value for the money. The prices are outrageous for what you get, and although it advertises itself as a 3-4-star property, I’d give it 1 star at best. The rooms are cramped, small, and poorly maintained, with barely enough room to move, let alone relax after a long trip. The old, sagging mattresses offer no support, and if a good night’s sleep matters to you, look elsewhere. It might suit backpackers who only need a bed to crash on, though even that’s questionable. International travelers expecting quality, comfort, and cleanliness will be bitterly disappointed. There are far better hotels in Istanbul that deliver on their promises. Big no thank you to The Felicity Hotel!

The biggest plus was Mohamed and Cinan. Istanbul is chaotic, but they helped with everything right away and made things much easier. The hotel is well placed, clean, and well equipped, with everything reachable in under 20 minutes. Breakfast was delicious and came in a good portion.

The location was excellent, close to everything. The people at the hotel were attentive and very friendly, and helped with whatever they could. It was a very good stay, and I recommend it 100%.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked normally, so I was very comfortable during my stay. The staff were especially kind, and if you want to make your Istanbul sightseeing better, ask them for advice. One of them is an expert partner who knows recommended shops and tourist attractions. The hotel’s location was great too. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Istanbul. ☺️
