The hotel is lovely, with stylish rooms in a great location, and several staff members made us feel genuinely at home. The breakfast team, the person making coffee, and the cleaning staff were all warm, kind, and helpful. What left a bad impression was the taxi arranged through the hotel. We were told it would be more dependable and cheaper than Uber, with a card fare capped at 2,500 TL, so we didn't book an Uber. Before setting off, we asked the driver to confirm the price, but got no clear answer. The fare then became 2,800 TL. He kept bringing up “commission” and turned unfriendly when we questioned the amount, even declining to help with our luggage. Afterward, we checked Uber and saw that the same trip with card payment and fees would have been 1,900-2,400 TL. We felt misled by a recommendation from a hotel we trusted, especially since the alternative was both cheaper and seemed more professional. It's a shame, because the hotel and most of its team deserve praise. This affected our stay a lot, and I hope management takes the feedback seriously and gives guests clear, honest information.

There were five of us and we booked rooms 407, 408, and 409. From the time we arrived, the staff were friendly and ready to help. The rooms were clean and had enough products for our daily routines. Whenever I was waiting in the living room for our taxi, someone offered me coffee or another drink. Breakfast had everything you could want to get going for the day. Reception were great about helping us and carrying our heavy things, and the cleaning team paid attention to the details in our rooms. I'd definitely stay at Gleam Hotel again. Keep it up.

Our room was surprisingly quiet, even though it was next to the elevator. We didn't hear the street or corridor, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept really well. The hotel had upgraded us to room 207 for our three-night bachelorette trip, which we appreciated. The team was especially helpful on our last day, when our pre-booked taxi never came. They quickly arranged another one and handled it professionally. Everyone we met was friendly and willing to help. We also liked getting complimentary water in glass bottles each day. Gleam Collection Hotel is in a nice area with local shops and places to explore. We didn't have time to properly enjoy breakfast, but the spread looked varied and good, with cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, fruit, and pastries. We'd book breakfast next time. There's also a sauna and hammam we didn't get to try, but would like to on a future visit. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Arda and Yusuf bring a warm energy to the hotel, and Atakan and Caner were nice and competent. Jacob is a tall, amazing guy too. I really liked the atmosphere the staff create, along with the room service. I had a terrible experience in the spa, which is run by a separate company. I wouldn't use the spa here, and I don't think you need to book breakfast.

Manager Can made the biggest difference during my stay at Gleam Collection Hotel. From arrival, he paid close attention to things and showed real care, offering local advice and helping me feel safe and at home. It felt like I mattered as a guest, rather than being just a room number. The hotel itself is modern, beautiful, and sparkling clean. Its Nişantaşı location is ideal, with Osmanbey Metro only a short walk away, and the comfortable room had premium bedding that made for a great night's sleep. It exceeded all my expectations. Highly
