The hotel and room were clean and warm, and breakfast was decent, with a bit of everything. I stayed a couple of days. The problem was the cleaning man. On the first day he was still cleaning our room even though reception had told us all rooms were ready. Then, when we came back from breakfast the next morning, he was in our bathroom and started speaking aggressively about the towels. He spoke Turkish, and when we asked if he could speak English so we could understand, he ignored us and kept complaining, apparently about the towels being dirty. It was really uncomfortable to be spoken to that way. He didn’t change the room linens at all during our stay, even though the bathroom notice said towels and linens would be changed every two days to save water. We also had no hand towel, just 4, 2 for the body and 2 for hair. Changing them is necessary. They should be changed every day, since this felt unhygienic.

The staff were excellent, which is why I raised my score a little. The rooms, though, were truly atrocious. My room had actual mold, and the window looked out onto something like a prison cell. We booked through an agency, so you get what you pay for, but the room was still awful.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were helpful, kind to everyone, and always smiling. Their smiles even lifted my mood. It was such a comfortable stay, with a great holiday feeling, and the best weekend of my life. Please, I beg you to go to this Hotel.

The location was okay, and reception staff were alright, but the rooms were awful and definitely not worth staying in. They were small, old, neglected, and nothing like the pictures. The toilets were awful, and breakfast was bare minimum. We booked through an agency and didn’t know which hotel we’d be staying at before arriving. That was our fault, we should have asked. I’d skip it.

The bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and the keycard didn’t work. We tried to get help, but the service staff didn’t listen to us at all.
