Parking could be an issue: the hotel has none, and street parking is very limited, so there may not be a spot at night. You can park on other streets. Aside from that, I had a brilliant one-night stay at this newly refurbished hotel with great people. I was happy with it overall and highly recommend it.

For the price, this was one of the best budget hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and the location was good. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, with a pleasant atmosphere and very good service. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good value.

The staff and customer service made this stay stand out. The reception and housekeeping teams went beyond their duties and handled extra matters without hesitation. Miss Hadeel was especially professional, speaking English, French, Turkish, and Arabic, and taking care of things with precision and genuine attention. Thanks also to Ms. Burçin and Mrs. Degen from housekeeping for their support and eye for detail. The rooms were consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. For the price, this was exceptional value and one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. It’s the first time in all my travels that I can recommend a hotel this confidently. I travel a lot for work, and I’ve never had a hotel experience like this. The rooms were clean and the location was acceptable, but rude, unprofessional staff ruined everything. A hotel should offer comfort and peace, especially for long stays, and this one didn’t. It felt more like a kindergarten. At times even the manager acted childish and rude. The service at reception was inconsistent. On my first visit, two receptionists quoted an unreasonably high price and refused a proper long-term rate. The next day Elif was polite and respectful and immediately offered a fair price. That inconsistency points to a lack of management and standards. They also pressured me at the last minute to change rooms. We’d agreed my triple room could be changed, but they should have told me in advance, not while I was busy. It caused unnecessary stress and cost me hours. Despite my repeated requests not to be put in a street-facing room, they gave me one anyway, and constant noise kept me from sleeping for two nights. Most staff behaved childishly and unprofessionally. They said, “All rooms are booked, we have big groups,” but I saw no big groups and thought they were lying. Shame on you guys. I absolutely don’t recommend this place and will never return. I don’t know what you believe in.
