For a three-star place, the stay was decent for the price. The breakfast suited me: salami, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, bread and fries, plus little chocolate spreads, jam and butter. The bed was comfortable, the sheets and everything else were clean, and the water stayed warm. The elevator worked fine too. A couple of things got in the way. You can clearly hear people talking in the next room even when they aren't shouting. The windows let the cold in, and I was freezing. We didn't get the AC remote, so I can't say how that worked. The shower was tiny, about 70 cm across. I'm an architect and always carry a tape measure, so I checked. Breakfast might not be to everyone's taste, but I liked it. They really need to replace those windows soon.

The people at Grand Dilara Hotel treated us so well, and the room service and cleanliness were excellent. This was the best hotel I've stayed in during the past two years. It's also in a great spot for shopping. Much respect and appreciation to the staff, and may God bless you.

I really liked this place and will definitely come back to Türkiye Istanbul. Mr fikri ayaz, the manager, is the best, and all the employees are so friendly that they make you feel at home. The hotel is in a great spot in the historical area of İstanbul. Aksaray, Beyazit, Laleli, the Grand bazaar, Sultan Ahmet mosque, Hi Sophia, and Topkapı palace are all within walking distance of one another. You can also get around the European side of İstanbul by public transport. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Istanbul.

A lovely, very affordable family hotel. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean, and both breakfast and service are good. It's close to Aksaray tram, and Sultan ahmed is only a five-minute walk away. Fekrri, the hotel boss, is a really good and helpful man. I'm from iraq and really liked staying here.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The rooms are very small and poor, and they charge you more if you speak English. It's not good at all. Don't waste your money here, ask at the neighboring blue marmaray instead.
