Grand Rafinn Hotel

The location at Grand Rafinn Hotel was the highlight, with shops, restaurants, and sights just steps away, right in the heart of everything. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. I loved my stay and will definitely come back!

Breakfast was tiny, with only six tables downstairs, and one morning I found a dark hair in my omelet. The room was filthy when I checked in: the toilet and shower hadn’t been cleaned at all, there was urine all over the toilet, and mold on the shower and toilet paper. Both the sink and toilet pipes leaked, and the shower doors didn’t close properly, leaving the room damp, humid, and with a bad smell. Dust and stains covered surfaces like the bedside table; there was hair on the bed and bedding, and the towels were dirty and stained. Tiny flies and bugs were in the shower, and mosquitoes in the room. I specifically asked staff to clean after check-in. They promised to do it that day, but nobody came. Don’t stay here, it’s not worth the money. Absolutely don’t recommend.

The room smells bad and is dirty. The bathroom’s glass door is broken, so showering leaves the floor covered in water. It doesn’t drain properly, and water remains on the floor. Honestly, it’s not even suitable for an animal.

The staff were attentive, and the hotel’s central location made our holiday truly wonderful. I’ll be back.
