Hallmark Hotel & Spa

Getting around from the hotel was easy and stress-free. Ozan at the front desk was genuinely friendly and handled everything smoothly. Zilan was so helpful with every request, and Mine's warm, caring manner made the whole place feel welcoming. A really pleasant stay.

The back-facing rooms made for good sleep, and the rooms are a very high standard. There's some noise from other rooms and the hallway, though otherwise the place is soundproof. It's very clean and modern, with Smart Tv. The spa is very good too. In-room food was excellent and inexpensive compared with the rest of Europe. Service and hospitality were very good, and prices were reasonable. You'll need some Uber or taxi rides to get to sightseeing spots and activities. 10/10.

The location was fairly convenient, but that didn't make up for the stay, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel. The room was much smaller than I expected and didn't look like the photos on the booking site, which felt misleading. Sound insulation was extremely poor. I could hear everything from outside, along with even the smallest sounds from neighboring rooms, so it was hard to relax or get proper rest.

Ali was the one bright spot. He was helpful and professional, and spoke excellent English. Noise made it very difficult to rest. Sound insulation seemed very limited, so I could clearly hear other rooms, the hallways and common areas. There were repeated disturbances at night and early in the morning, including loud conversations outside my room and mechanical or structural noises early in the morning. I couldn't get uninterrupted sleep. I raised the problem several times at reception, but they offered no effective fix, such as moving me to another room or another option. There seemed to be little interest in resolving it. This is my personal experience.
