Happy Dreams Apart Hotel

Abdullah at this hotel was very polite, but the rest of the experience was awful. The hotel is on a very dirty, narrow street, and although check-in was at 2:30 pm, we didn't get a room until 4:30. Before that, the receptionist sent us to a nearby hotel, where the receptionist was rude and rowdy. The room there was dirty and had broken furniture. When we objected, he told us to cancel the booking and go to the police, saying there would be no refund, which he already knew. We came back here and waited outside for two hours. Three other couples had the same problem that day. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

After booking and paying through Booking, I arrived to find no hotel sign and no one answering the phone. I waited in the rain for 10 minutes before anyone came, and then they said there was no room, despite my booking. When I asked for my money back, they said it was Booking's issue and that I had to get the refund from them. Booking contacted the property to approve my cancellation and refund, but the property refused. They sent me to another hotel that was very dirty. Very bad service. Don't waste your money there.

I booked a one-night stay on 03.11.2022, with check-in on 04.11.2022, and arrived at 21:30. My room had apparently been checked out of shortly before I arrived, but it was dirty and hadn't been cleaned at all. At reception, the worker gave me a different room and said it was clean, though it was only 1.5 metres from the reception. I left without staying. Even for free, I wouldn't stay in a place like this. When I asked the receptionist to cancel my check-in, he said I had paid Agoda, not him. A very bad experience.

The room was in such bad condition that I couldn't stay, so I protested and left after checking in. I'd booked through Agoda, but neither Agoda nor the property owner would refund what I'd paid for two nights. You can see the room's condition in the picture I attached.
