The room, bathroom, and fridge were all dirty, and there was mold on the walls. Every room smelled of cigarette smoke. We asked for cleaning and for the broken bathroom light to be fixed, but after reminding them every day, we spent all five days without a working light. We only booked because of the positive ratings. When we asked to move to another hotel, they wouldn’t refund us. The receptionist yelled at us, and the staff were very unfriendly. I won’t come back.

The rooms were spacious, airy, and nice. That was enough for me.

The hygiene was at zero, and the basics didn’t work. There was a TV, but it wouldn’t turn on, and the AC had no remote. The jacuzzi had no cover and its faucet was broken. There’s no kitchen or running water either. Honestly, nobody with any sense would stay here. Even a tied-up dog wouldn’t put up with it. Carp fishermen.
