Hera Club Residence

The building has a serious cockroach problem, apparently in every room, and management isn't doing anything about pest control. Noise is unbearable, and there's a constant sense that you don't know who's coming or going or what might happen each day. Residents pay 2510 lira a month in fees, yet there's no spa or fitness center. There is a parking lot, but its gate is kept shut. In snow and cold, you have to go to a separate two-story building and then down three flights of stairs to reach it. The lot is only operated during fairs, which brings in extra money. Cleaning staff, receptionists, parking staff, and management are all paid from the fees, so where does the money from a huge parking operation go? Daily rentals are still going on despite being prohibited, and the building also takes commissions from them. The relevant government agencies need to step in. I wouldn't rent a home here.
