Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Center

I travel often as a Hilton Honors member and stay at a lot of Hilton properties. This was one of the best service experiences I've had in the past two years. The service throughout Hilton Bomonti Istanbul was outstanding, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great facilities and attention to detail. I especially liked the gym and spa. Sertac Demir handled my room change request efficiently and made the process easy. Efe Ozrepan was friendly and very helpful with my belongings, and showed me the new room. Many thanks to both of them.

The one small drawback is how far Hilton Bomonti is from Taksim, so you'll need to arrange transport to get back and forth. A complimentary shuttle to Taksim at set times during the day would be a great addition. Even with the distance, the hotel's quality made the price feel worth it, and the team's warm hospitality made our trip unforgettable. The fitness center and jacuzzi area were spacious, upscale, spotless, and had everything needed to keep up a workout routine while travelling. Thanks to Huseyin, Omer, and Surya for their professional help. Breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning, with Mehmet and Chef Muhammad going out of their way to make it a great experience. Nurcan from housekeeping cared for our room with so much thought and creativity, even making towel art in the shape of a bow. Thanks also to Ebru from the same team for the lovely efforts that made us smile each day. From the front desk to room service, every team member was welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend the hotel.

The reception staff were professional and helpful, though a warmer, friendlier approach would make the guest experience even better. The rest of the team made a huge impression on us with their kindness and genuine hospitality. We miss them already, and will definitely return to Hilton Bomonti. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, and breakfast had a fabulous range of delicious food. It was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Thanks to management for maintaining such a high level of hospitality. Chef Mustafa, Chef Yasmin, Mr. Sinan in the Executive Lounge, and Ms. Essen, who provided wonderful room service, all went above and beyond to make our stay feel perfect.

From the 24th floor, the view is amazing. The room was clean and well kept, and the bed, shower, and everything else worked fine. Staff were friendly and professional, though their English wasn't always perfect, which sometimes led to a bit of miscommunication. The concierge team deserves a special mention. They were helpful, punctual, and gave clear updates in great English. I highly recommend Hilton, and I loved the black hotel cat at the entrance.
