I was worried by the earlier reviews at first, but my wife and I stayed for three weeks, in the saj & Tasha room 1204, and the service was amazing from day 1 through day 21. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Majid and the team went above and beyond, fixing any issues right away. The rooms are grand, with living rooms, bedrooms and kitchens, and the view from up there was amazing. There's also a lovely pool downstairs, plus spa facilities and massages at such low prices. That made our long stay a pleasure. I can't fault the place and would recommend it. It's peaceful and affordable, though the bus into central takes a little over an hour and costs £2. Thanks for all the hospitality. We'll be back in a few months, in sha allah.

The rooms are spacious and affordable, with bedrooms, a living room and a utility/kitchen area. If you stay, book a high floor for incredible views. The location was the main drawback for us. It's far from the main roads, and getting to food or transport meant a steep hike. The spa wasn't very clean, and breakfast didn't offer many choices.

Mr. Merdan, Ugur, Majeed and the rest of the team were amazing: knowledgeable, helpful, and able to speak English. This is easily the best hotel I've stayed at for service, rooms and the breakfast buffet. It's affordable, and I highly recommend it.

The room had an amazing view, and breakfast was nice. The pool was a little chilly but still nice. They were understanding and accommodating about our late checkout. I'd definitely stay here again.

Such a nice hotel, close to the bus station and the market. Mr Majid helped me a lot and is a very nice person. You can stay here without hesitation.
