My son was thrilled when he called me on video after checking in, running around the room in complete amazement. His delayed flight got him to the Maslak just after midnight, and since this was his first time traveling alone, I was so grateful that Rastin, Serhan, and Arif gave him such a warm welcome and an upgrade. I don't know what lucky stars lined up that night, but they made his first solo trip to Istanbul incredibly special. Thank you to all three members of the Hilton reception for making his one night there so memorable. I hope they know how much that surprise meant to us. My son and I always stay here when we visit Istanbul. I've written before about the friendly staff, delicious breakfast and spaghetti Bolognese, the cleanliness, and the shuttle to the Mall. We really like it.

Mr. Süleyman from the bell team made us feel welcome and gave us outstanding help. At check-in, the reception colleague handled everything professionally and was very helpful throughout. We also loved the breakfast, Executive Lounge, and guest rooms, which were all better than we expected. The hospitality made our stay really pleasant, and we hope to come back.

The gym had everything I needed for a good workout, and I also enjoyed the spa and pool. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a shower and bathtub I really liked. The location worked perfectly for my work trip. A great stay all around.

The Hilton Maslak even managed to find a piece of jewelry I'd lost during my two-night stay. I only noticed once I was home, and was delighted and surprised to hear they'd found it. Elif and the Lost & Found team made the whole process easy and sent it back remarkably quickly. Thanks again! I loved the stay itself too. The room was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were warm and helpful. It was handy to have a free shuttle to the nearby shopping mall, and the spa facilities were great.

Nilay and Ismail made everything feel easy and pleasant during my stay at the Hilton Istanbul. They were kind and professional, and seemed to anticipate what I needed before I even asked.
