Hermanos Hotel

The photos and the advertised Super Deluxe label gave me very different expectations from the room I actually got. Its condition was far below even what I'd expect from a standard room, and the gap between the marketing and reality was significant. I believe this is false representation, and future guests should know before booking. There were several broken, lifted floor panels, making the floor look unsafe and poorly maintained. The walls were dirty and scratched, with stains and discoloration by the beds. In the bathroom, the silicone seals were dirty, there was mold, and the fixtures were worn. Metal fittings were rusty and corroded, and the overall cleanliness fell below basic hotel standards. This was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend staying unless they make major renovations and advertise honestly. Be careful and step back!

We complained several times. The reception staff were polite and tried to help, but the manager was unfriendly and unprofessional and didn't give us a satisfactory answer. That had a serious effect on our stay. The rooms were very cold, and even after we told the staff many times, nobody fixed the problem. Breakfast was also a major issue. We went to the kitchen at around 8:30 and found many things, including cookies and simit, already gone because staff had taken them before guests came down. This happened repeatedly, so we couldn't have a proper breakfast. The stay was disappointing.

The rooms were spotless, and they brought fresh slippers and shampoo each day. Breakfast had everything we needed and was perfect. The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it.

The shower cabin door was badly installed and broke while the girl was inside. Luckily her injuries were minor, but they could have been much worse. At the end of the trip, the door was broken and we were charged 60 euros without any reasonable explanation or proof that it was our fault. They couldn't give us an invoice as proof of payment, saying they were unable to issue one, so they wrote a handwritten note on paper instead. During our New Year stay in the same room, it was cold, and the windows let the wind through instead of keeping the heat in. The bathroom was unsafe. Check the glass surfaces and connections if you have to stay here, and the hair dryer was probably 10 years old. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. It isn't safe.
