The staff made this a relaxed, hassle-free weekend. Each morning they went over an itinerary with us and helped plan the day, including where to get the tram and which sites would be busy at what times. After checkout, we had time to kill, so they let us relax on the rooftop and brought tea, coffee, and cakes. They also offered water and hot drinks for our trip to the airport, a small but lovely gesture. Our room had no windows, but we'd chosen that option, and staff had told us in advance. The location is decent, though hilly, so expect uphill walks. It's easy to get an Uber down the road. A pleasant stay with no hassles or issues.

Breakfast comes with a beautiful terrace view, and in the evening you can sit outside with coffee, tea, and snacks. The staff are so friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I recommend it.

From the roof terrace you get an incredible view of the blue mosque and the marmarra sea, and it's a lovely spot to unwind. We spent four nights here and found the rooms clean and cozy. The location is awesome: we walked to everything we wanted to see, including Saint-Sophia, Topkapi, Galata, and even Taksim Square. Breakfast was copious and delicious, and there are restaurants nearby in Kumkapi. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We were also able to park our car for 18 euros per night.

The rooftop breakfast was a highlight, with a lovely view and seagulls keeping us company. The food was nice, and the staff were friendly. Our room and bathroom were clean, and the price was affordable, with the center within walking distance. We stayed for two nights in early April 2025 and chose a room without sunlight since we spent most of the day out. The hotel sits down a hill, which could be difficult for anyone with physical limitations. We were happy there, but the slippery sheets and uncomfortable mattress made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Breakfast service felt warm and welcoming, and the reception team were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well located. We had a comfortable stay, and I'd happily recommend it.
