Hotel Falcon

The receptionists were nice, but the women who clean and work in the kitchen were rude, and they ruined breakfast. The rooms are extremely small and dirty. Even after cleaning, they only wipe the floor, leave the bathroom uncleaned, don’t refill toilet paper, and don’t put out fresh sheets. Breakfast was stale, oily, salty, and low quality. It really isn’t worth the price, and I won’t book here again.

The location is safe and quiet, close to the metro and tram, with a grocery store next door and shops all along the street. Taxis are available at an acceptable price, and our driver was waiting 30 minutes before our scheduled departure. We stayed six nights with my mom and sister at Falcon Hotel. Our triple room had enough space and the room amenities were acceptable. Breakfast was very good, and the lady handled everything herself, from cooking and serving to cleaning and baking delicious cakes. The reception staff were kind and helpful. Thank you, Mohamad and Erkan, for such professional service and for making us feel so welcome. This was my first stay, but I’ll keep coming back. Thank you, Falcon Hotel staff, for your professionalism and generosity.

Kind, helpful hosts and really good value. The tram is three minutes away, and so is the metro.

A very nice hotel and room, both really clean. The staff also speak Romanian.
