The pool and spa team helped make our New Year week with the children especially memorable. Semra at the pool reception kept things clean and orderly, cared about our comfort, and kindly lent my son a float ring. The front desk were welcoming and attentive whenever we had a request, and Melek kept the apartment spotless with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and clean bedding. The whole place felt peaceful and comfortable, and the hotel met all our expectations. We were delighted with our stay and will definitely come back.

After I spoke with the management, they handled our housekeeping concerns professionally and put things right. We spent three weeks in a two-bedroom suite, and although I first rated the stay lower because of those issues, I feel much more positive now. I appreciate their understanding and support, and would recommend the place.

The staff have made us feel very welcome, especially our cleaner and Semra, who works at the gym front desk. The gym, steam room, and sauna are all in great condition and I’ve really enjoyed using them. We haven’t tried the indoor pool because we forgot our swimsuits, but it looks beautiful. We booked a family suite for nine nights, and it feels like a roomy one-bedroom apartment. There’s a spacious living room, a good-sized bedroom with built-in closets, and a spotless, nicely designed bathroom with a generous walk-in shower. The kitchen has everything needed for a longer stay, and the washer and dryer are a big bonus. The bathrobes and slippers were a lovely touch. The front desk team have been kind and helpful too. We’re having a wonderful stay and would happily return or recommend this hotel for its comfort, space, and service.

Semra helped me get set up in the steam room and was attentive the whole time. She even used Google Translate when I needed something. The rooms and service are great, and the sauna and steam room are all I needed for a spa start to my stay. I’d recommend this place if you’re in the area.
