I was comfortable during my stay, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The room was good and well maintained. The receptionist was there whenever I needed them, any time of day or night, and both the receptionist and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was well prepared and served on time, and the hotel is close to the city. The staff and receptionist were accommodating and always greeted me with a smile. The room did let things down: the floor was dusty and sticky, and the shower cabin was faulty, leaving lots of water on the bathroom floor. That's why I gave four stars. For a city vacation, Tashan Hotel is a good place to stay and relax, and the price is good.

The cafe had a nice atmosphere, but the rooms were small and there wasn't a refrigerator in mine.
