First time staying here, and I’m sure I’ll come back. The receptionist was so helpful, and the whole team was kind on both the night and morning shifts. Thanks for the good service, keep it up.

The room was in a very dilapidated state, and the blinds let streetlights shine straight onto the pillows. We had to move the bed each night to get to sleep. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived. The hotel said it would fix it, but never did, so we repaired it ourselves. The extractor fan didn’t work, and most of the shower head holes were blocked, leaving very little water. There was a kettle but no cups, and our request for two was refused. Every morning the coffee machine either needed repair or, once, hadn’t been switched on. When it ran, it made only an undrinkable watery milk mixture. This hotel is best avoided.
