Mr. Emirhan and Mr. Semih deserve a special thank you for their kindness, professionalism, and readiness to help. Their welcome reflected the high standards of Ibis Hotel. Everything was handled professionally, and the staff’s courtesy and attention to detail made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I’m grateful for the excellent hospitality and would gladly recommend the hotel and stay again.

The location was a real plus, right in the center near the metro and bus station. We spent around 4 days at Ibisi Istanbul hotel. The stay was moderately good, though street noise was noticeable since the good rooms face the road, and soundproof windows might help. The rooms felt cozy but were very small, and the phone didn’t work. We asked for an iron and laundry service, were told they’d come tomorrow, but nothing arrived. Breakfast was fine, with limited choices. Staff could also be more welcoming and friendly. Only one employee smiled and made us feel welcome.

Emirhan at the front desk made a big difference, going out of his way to check that we had what we needed. The whole reception team was friendly and ready to help, and our three nights at the Ibis Istanbul Sisli went smoothly from check-in through day-three checkout. We had a wonderful stay and would come back. It’s a good choice for visiting Istanbul if you want to stay away from the big crowds in the touristy areas.

Breakfast was fresh each morning and had a great range of choices. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the service was excellent. Emirhan at the front desk was especially welcoming, attentive, and helpful. I’d choose this hotel again if I return to Istanbul. My one small disappointment was that I couldn’t get a room facing the front with two queen beds, since none were available.
