The room was spotless, comfortable, and carefully prepared. Hatice, our room attendant, took great care with the details, and her handwritten note was a lovely personal touch. The cigarette smell was the one thing I disliked. I understand there weren’t any single non-smoking rooms left at the time, but the odor in the room was quite strong.

I spent 5 nights here and didn’t file a complaint because I’m both an Accor member and employee, and first and foremost an Accor customer. But if you expect even basic customer service, I’d avoid this hotel. The staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. Out of respect for Accor, I haven’t posted photos or more comments about the staff. If I get a reply accusing me or blaming me, I’ll post everything: the condition of the shower cabin, exposed electrical outlets, a video of the door opening without a badge (zero security), dust, the security guard acting like Mike Tyson, frozen pizza costing 500 TL, and plenty more photos. So please, calm down. Blocking me from commenting on the All.Accor website, which is against the rules, could take this much further. Good luck 😉

I stayed at the IBIS ISTANBUL WEST from November 28th to December 7th for treatments at ClinicExpert, and I’m grateful for a really good stay. The cleaning team left my room spotless, and everyone was excellent, from reception and the kitchen to hotel security. My sincere thanks to the whole team. I’ll be back very soon and will recommend the hotel to my friends.
