Innova Sultanahmet Hotel

We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant, and everything was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit to Innova. The beds were firmer than I'd like, and the AC didn't work very well, but we still had a great experience.

Breakfast had plenty of choice, with different dishes, drinks, and fruit. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A good pick if you want a comfortable stay in the heart of the old city, close to the main historical sights, with a fantastically attractive panoramic view of the Marmor sea.

Breakfast left us feeling singled out: staff asked only our table to take our coffee elsewhere, without explaining why, while no other guests were approached. It was uncomfortable in front of everyone. Across our two-night stay, the air conditioning didn't work for about 1.5 days, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and some room lights were out. When we reported the problems, there wasn't much urgency. At 9 p.m. the night before checkout, they offered us another room, but told us to get the keys, move our things ourselves, and bring back the old keys because, they said, no colleagues were available. From check-in on, the front desk often seemed dismissive and unhelpful, with curt replies or delays. My guest and I don't usually leave reviews, but felt it was important to share this experience at Hotel Innova Istanbul. The service, comfort, and hospitality were far below what we expected. Istanbul has many welcoming hotels, and based on what happened to us, travelers may want to look at other options.

The restaurant was out of this world, and it was busy every time I saw it, which makes sense now. The place is charming, the hospitality was wonderful, especially Emre. Hope you get him. Excellent hotel, I truly loved it. Please go.
