We really enjoyed the breakfast, and there's a restaurant upstairs with amazing food and a view that's worth going up for. The hotel is right in central Istanbul, a great base for exploring the city and seeing new places. Staff were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was clean, with a unique and interesting feel, and the price was good. A perfect hotel stay for us, and I'd definitely recommend it.

My daughter got sick during our stay, and the team treated us with real kindness. Management let us stay several extra hours past checkout so we could look after her comfortably. Their compassion and professionalism turned a stressful situation into something manageable. The staff were among the best hotel teams we've met. We had a wonderful stay, and I can't recommend the hotel enough if genuine care and helpful service matter to you.

We were in room 311, and the rest of our group had equally awful rooms. It was old, run down, and not clean, with a pathetic breakfast. There's no wifi in the rooms either. Avoid it.

The staff were really sweet and ready to help, especially the bellboys, who were so kind and attentive. Our room was clean and refreshed every day, and breakfast had a nice range of choices, including vegetarian options. Sirkeci is right at the center, so we could walk everywhere. A pleasant four-star stay, and I'd recommend it.

In the old city, with a nice rooftop restaurant and friendly staff. Most of them speak some English. The room was clean, the furniture was old style, but the shower had been updated.
