Kadikoy Can Suit

The rooms are old, but the location is good.

Good.

The rooms were clean, the linens had just been washed, the shower area was clean, and the air conditioning worked. We didn't find the dirt or mess mentioned in some other reviews. The building is old but renovated. We were four young friends from Balıkesir, visiting Kadıköy toward the end of September, and booked two rooms at Can Suites because we wanted a central, affordable place to sleep. We'd seen some negative reviews beforehand, but location and price mattered most to us. After booking, we had a chance to talk with the owner, who was genuinely friendly, respectful, and polite. We paid 700 lira per person per day, which felt almost free to me, and as students we were very satisfied. At that price, don't expect a jacuzzi, maximum comfort, or extravagant promises. If every little thing is going to bother you, choose somewhere that costs 7-8 thousand lira a night. There's no other place like this at this price, and that should be understood. Parking wasn't a problem because it's very close to a covered parking lot, and the Bosphorus is about 50 steps away. We were very pleased and will definitely choose you again next time we're in town. I stayed two nights and plan to return on future Istanbul trips. Can Suit has a good price-quality ratio, and at these prices I don't think you'll find a better place to stay in Kadikoy. It's right in the heart of Kadikoy, with buses, minibuses, the ferry terminal, metro, shops, and places to eat all nearby. The rooms were as clean as possible. The staff were attentive, polite, and respectful, especially Mr. Murat and Mr. Mustafa. Thank you, Can Suit!
