2/10
Housekeeping kept the rooms clean and tidy, which I appreciated. The beds, though, were very uncomfortable. After a few nights we had significant back pain and couldn’t get proper rest. There was also a dead rat by the outdoor seating area, and the smell lingered for a long time. It was extremely unpleasant and left us questioning the hotel’s maintenance and management. We chose the hotel because of its high online ratings, but our experience was a major disappointment. The first room had a window facing a wall and almost no natural light. After we complained, we were moved, but the shower, safe, and air conditioning in the second room all had problems. We reported them several times and no lasting fix was made. The advertised rooftop terrace wasn’t there, which felt misleading. Outside, there was hardly any seating, just a little table and a couple of chairs. The hotel and its service didn’t live up to those ratings, and I can’t recommend it.

The breakfast was generous and tasty, and the hotel is well placed near all the main attractions. Staff paid close attention to what guests needed. The rooms are on the small side, but they were clean and cleaned every day. I thought the price was worth it, and I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay, with a great breakfast and helpful, pleasant staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just be aware that the bar on the ground floor can make it a little noisy at night. The location is very convenient for getting to the tourist attractions.

My friends and I, three younger women, felt safe and comfortable here. The reception staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and looked like the pictures. Breakfast was good, Turkish style, which makes sense in Istanbul. Great location too. I’d give it 10/10 and will absolutely stay here again when I’m back in Istanbul.

A small hotel on a hill in an interesting neighborhood. The room was small but clean, and Wi-Fi and breakfast were included. There’s no parking.
