The atmosphere and restaurant made for a wonderful visit, and we felt comfortable and satisfied the whole time. Guest relations manager Mr. Murat Düş deserves a special thank you for being kind, professional, attentive, and ready to help. His caring welcome made our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely return to Lazzoni Hotel, either for another stay or just to visit. Highly recommended!

We went to Lazzoni Hotel with our two children, and the whole team made our family trip comfortable, enjoyable, and stress free. The reception staff were welcoming and professional. Mitin was especially helpful and friendly, and his knowledge of Istanbul came in handy when he booked shows and other experiences for us. The restaurant team served delicious food. The 6th floor restaurant has beautiful views, and I’d definitely try the pizza with Turkish style fries. Room service was prompt, housekeeping was excellent, and Hajir greeted us with a lovely smile every day. Her kindness and care with details made a real difference. It’s worth paying a bit extra for a room with stunning views. If you’re visiting Istanbul for the first time, download the BiTaksi app before you arrive. Thanks to everyone at Lazzoni Hotel for making our family holiday special. We’d happily stay again and recommend it.

I arrived at 6am, forgetting that check-in wasn’t until 2pm, but the manager still found a way to accommodate me. Everyone was so lovely, and the hotel was really nice. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Istanbul.

This was our second stay at lazzoni hotel, and we had another amazing time. Mr Camer was a great help with everything. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was great, and all the staff were cheerful, smiling, and ready to help. We’d definitely stay again if we visit Turkey. Thanks for all the hospitality.

All the staff were friendly and helpful, and they made our stay a great one. We also had a relaxing hamam experience with a massage, attentive service, and drinks offered in a relaxing room. Thanks to everyone for making it such an enjoyable visit.
