The pool was lovely, clean, and had a nice atmosphere, though we couldn’t use it for half our stay because it was being cleaned. That was the one bright spot in two days here. Everything in our room was badly cleaned: the floor, bathroom, sheets, and even a very visible period blood stain on the bed. The towels were dirty too. When we asked for clean ones, the man just stared at us, walked off, and never returned. Several advertised things were either missing or broken. The AC didn’t work anywhere except the lobby, and the heat was bad enough that people opened their room doors. The fan barely worked. The safe was broken; staff said they’d fix it in a few hours, but nobody came, so we fixed it ourselves. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, and without a shower screen door, water covered the bathroom after every shower. The 18th floor room was advertised with a sea view, but there was no sea view. More than the problems themselves, I’d have appreciated some effort from the staff. Whenever we asked for help, they just said nothing could be done. I hope the hotel reads this and improves, but I hope you choose somewhere else.

I paid in full for a two month stay, after booking here, but the experience was awful. The room smelled terrible, and the mattress and pillows were covered in stains. Wi-Fi wasn’t available throughout the hotel. I have an impairment, and nobody told me the place wasn’t disability friendly. The man at reception was rude and unhelpful, and wouldn’t use his translator to communicate in English. He’s the reason you lose business.

There was no sign of hygiene in the room. The beds were dirty, the bathroom smelled bad, and the AC didn’t work in any room. There was no room service at all, and the smell made it impossible to sleep.

I couldn’t stay in the room any longer and regret not taking pictures. The reception man offered to move us, but we declined. I still can’t understand why he gave us such a disgusting room. You couldn’t stay there for free, and I don’t recommend room D142 on the 19th floor. The walls and table were stained, and the chair and sofa looked as though people had walked through mud and jumped on them. I was disgusted even to put my bag down.

The service was poor, the bed uncomfortable, and the AC kept malfunctioning. The staff weren’t friendly and seemed to conspire against guests. Our reservation was canceled with the booking site so they could get us to book directly for a higher price.
