For a low budget, it's comfortable. It's very close to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque, and easy to get to all the historical places.

There's a view of the Sea of Marmara, and the apartments are clean, with rooms just as pictured. The hotel owner is understanding. It's close to the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet, about a 10-minute walk. The nearest metro is Çemberlitaş, though getting there means walking uphill.
