Getting around was easy with the tram right outside, and the location is great value for the service. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful, especially the night shift luggage attendant and Abderrahmane during the day. Breakfast was good, though the choices were limited to hard-boiled eggs, with no omelette or orange juice. The bathroom smelled unpleasant. I found the bed comfortable, but a little small, and the pillow wasn’t great.

Emin at reception was especially kind and supportive throughout our stay. The staff were consistently helpful, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is also in a great spot for exploring the city. If we come back to Istanbul, we’ll choose Manors Hotel again.

The bathroom had a bad odor, but Abdul Rahman and Mehmet came to help and sprayed a nice room fragrance. Everything else was amazing. The cleaning staff member was lovely to talk to, and the restaurant lady was superb every day. Abdul Rahman, Mehmet, and Miss Aysun were kind and helpful from the first day, and the owner should be proud of them. On our last day, one staff member made things difficult by offering no alternative and expecting us to wait six hours outside in the cold with our luggage. Thankfully, the lovely manager and restaurant lady stepped in. They stored our bags and let us wait in the hotel lounge. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul 🇹🇷❤️.

I stayed here with my family and everything was perfect. The workers were polite. Thanks to Abdurrahman at reception and the Lebanese bellboy, muhammet. Special thanks as well to the hotel manager, aysun.
