The reception staff were disrespectful, and I couldn’t deal with the way they treated me. They were like a gang. The hotel smelled terrible and was full of cockroaches. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

The rooms smelled damp and had cockroaches. Friends of mine also had broken showers, with no facilities. On top of that, the mineral water wasn’t replenished each day, and tea bags and sugar were provided only when we arrived. There was no safe, and the lack of a refrigerator was the biggest problem. We couldn’t have a cold drink, and the food we brought risked spoiling. I was shocked by this and had to deal with it several times. Please don’t misunderstand me, but I beg you not to choose this place under any circumstances. It’s a guesthouse, not a hotel.

There was loud noise in and around the hotel, a broken floor, and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The manager was disrespectful and had a bad attitude, and the staff were rude. Nobody speaks English. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

The bathrooms were in awful shape, with many broken and water leaking everywhere. The rooms were extremely dirty, too. It looked like housekeeping wasn’t putting in much effort, and the sheets and towels weren’t changed regularly or properly cleaned for a long time. Staff were rude, showed no respect, and seemed uninterested in helping guests. Customer service was extremely poor. I was very disappointed by the lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance, along with the staff’s unprofessional treatment. This stay didn’t meet even the most basic standards, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
