Mari Suites Hotel

The breakfast and food were decent, and the room and stay were okay overall. But the air conditioning didn’t work properly, so I struggled to sleep. I asked for a fan and was told none was available. Even with the temperature set to 16°C, the thermostat controls were limited, and it seemed the hotel controlled the modes centrally. The system was on heater mode despite my setting, making the room quite suffocating. In the end, I switched it off and opened all the windows just to get some sleep.

The receptionists, Ms. Begum and Ms. Dinara, were always smiling and welcoming. I’m especially grateful to Mr. Forkan, whose warm manner and readiness to help with everything made the stay even better. The housekeeping ladies were helpful too, keeping everything fresh and tidy. My stay at Mari Suite Hotel was wonderful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well managed, and the service and hospitality were great. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Ms. Marie was especially helpful with booking my room, and she was friendly and respectful throughout. All the staff were very polite and helpful. I stayed for ten days and was very satisfied. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, the service was good, and there was a nice variety at breakfast.

There’s nothing much near the hotel, and it’s far from all the shopping areas. The room cleaning was poor, and they didn’t replace what was needed each day. Breakfast really wasn’t normal either, just a plate with whatever they felt like serving, so it wasn’t worth the price. The hotel itself feels badly run. The receptionist working at noon was rude and insolent, questioning me even though I was a guest. They have no idea about customer service.
