Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli

After more than 13 hours of travel, it was a relief that the Marriott in Şişli let us into our room around 11:00 a.m. at no extra cost. We were welcomed with a hot chai, the staff helped with our luggage, and everyone was kind and attentive. I stayed five nights, and the room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean. I chose a city view room and could see the Bosphorus, which was incredible. The bellmen were especially helpful, even carrying our bags to the taxi on checkout day. The hotel felt secure, was well located, and had pleasant amenities. Breakfast was good, though not spectacular. I’ve stayed at several Marriott hotels and often choose them for their service and amenities. This one met my expectations, and I definitely recommend it.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so much variety and delicious food every day. Our room was comfortable and exceptionally clean, and I was so happy about the complimentary upgrade to a higher floor. Most of the staff speak and understand English well, which made everything easy. From security and reception to housekeeping and room service, everyone was welcoming, helpful, smiling, and kind. They handled every request with positive energy and never made us feel awkward. Marriott Hotel Şişli deserves more than five stars for its service. A huge thank you to the whole Marriott Şişli team for such a memorable stay. It’s definitely my go-to whenever I visit Istanbul again.

While recovering alone from cosmetic surgery, I relied on room service every day for all 10 days of my stay at the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli. Kadir and the other in-room dining attendants were wonderful. Orders usually arrived in under 20-30 minutes, and the food was incredible. The kindness I received really set this stay apart. I also want to thank the housekeeping attendant for room 2514. He kept it spotless and in order every day, and was so kind, even when I could hardly get out of bed. That took a lot of stress off me. The staff here are absolutely incredible, and I wanted to recognize how hard they work. A piece of my heart will always stay in Istanbul. If you get the chance to stay here, I couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you, friends!

I felt safe, respected, and at home throughout my April 8 to April 15 stay at the Istanbul Marriott Hotel Sisli. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well located, with excellent rooms and an elegant, relaxing atmosphere. Mr. Murat Ürker was especially professional, friendly, attentive, and caring. You can see how much he values guests, and his dedication is reflected in the team around him. Thanks as well to Gagrig at the front desk, if I’ve spelled his name correctly. Whenever I had a room issue or a question, he helped patiently and kindly, with great attention to detail. The gentleman who helped with my luggage and all the other staff provided exceptional service. I’m planning to return around September and will stay here again.
