Mavi At Hotel

We came here while on vacation, and our daughter was so happy to ride a horse for the first time.

The place is peaceful and really beautiful, and the staff are decent. But the horses kept trotting beneath the rooms at noon and in the evening, so we couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was the same on both days, and the portions were ridiculous: six eggs for seven people, plus only two small pieces of pan-fried salami. That’s not enough, especially for someone with a big appetite. The Wi-Fi was also very weak. Everything else was fine, but unfortunately I wouldn’t come back. If you want people to choose the place, please sort out the breakfast. Greetings.

Ali, the manager, was friendly and professional. For an extra fee, he drove us to and from the airport, which felt worthwhile since taxi service here can be unreliable. He explained everything and was always available on WhatsApp. The room was cute, the bed comfortable, and the view amazing. Breakfast was delicious and included, and the antique-style indoor and outdoor restaurant was charming during the day. We also enjoyed watching the beautiful horses and riding lessons, along with the farm animals and plants. There isn’t much to do beyond staying on the farm, so it may not suit you if you want to explore Turkey. You’ll definitely need a car: the narrow, dirty roads and unleashed dogs made walking around uncomfortable. Mornings can be noisy with dogs, horses, birds, sheep, and chickens, but that’s part of life on a working farm and part of its charm. We loved our stay and would come again. We spent one night here before going to Istsnbull and two nights after. It’s a shorter drive to the airport, about 35 minutes without traffic, and gave us a nice break from busy city life.

Ali, the Hotel Manager, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, breakfast is delicious, and the horseback riding on site is great. This is the best customer service I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’d highly recommend spending a week at Mavi at Hotel if you’re traveling around Istanbul, and I’d tell all my friends to stay here.
