The reception lady really stood out. She was welcoming, respectful, kind, and always happy to help, and her communication and attitude made us feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere. Big respect to the team for the service. I’d recommend staying here and would happily come back.

The staff are full of energy, and there’s plenty of tasty food close to the hotel. I had a really nice time in Istanbul and would stay here again on my next trip.

For the price, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were welcoming and easy to talk to. They speak English and can help with guidance for your Istanbul trip if you need it. This feels like what a three-star hotel should be, with a good balance between price and quality.

Mr. Batikan was warm, respectful, and quick to respond, with a real focus on making guests feel looked after. He speaks fluent English, pays close attention to details, and knows the hotel and its services well. His professionalism and ability to connect with people left a lasting impression. He’s a great ambassador for the hotel.

The hotel is clean, especially the well-kept rooms and bathroom. The breakfast didn’t have much to it, but overall it’s a good hotel. The staff are lovely. SENA at reception was especially kind, helpful, and smart, and Abu Bakr on the night shift was also a helpful, smart, and good person.
