The staff were already treating us like royalty before we’d even checked into our room. After a 45-minute walk up a very steep hill in the rain, because transfers weren’t allowed into the area on Labour Day, they welcomed us with hot Turkish tea and helped us get warm and dry. They’ve been really helpful. I’ll say more about the rooms once we officially check in.

The staff were kind and helpful from the moment we arrived, and gave us useful local tips, especially about taxis. They were always around if we needed anything. The location worked perfectly, just a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, with lots of nice cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. It was still quiet enough to relax at night.

The rooms are large and have modern furniture, and there’s a supermarket right next to the hotel, which came in handy. Taksim Square is about a 10-minute walk away. The staff are very nice.

We had a family of 10 and chose the superior apartment, which connected a two-bedroom unit with a three-bedroom one. That gave us loads of space and privacy. The apartment kitchen was so useful for cooking, and it even had a washing machine. The rooms were clean and the toilet was huge. The hotel is in a great spot, about 15 minutes from Taksim Sq and Istiklal Street, with a supermarket downstairs that even sold halal meat. The staff were friendly and the service fantastic. Shoutout to Riyadh and Dora for being so nice. A 10-star recommendation, and we’ll definitely stay here again if we come to Istanbul!
